You may be asking yourself; "why in the world would I bring in this guy to work with our teachers".  Fred's motivational energy is contagious!  By combining humor, music, and positive attitude, he shares his belief that we are working with the Thomas Edison's, and Henry Fords of the next generation.  Technology education is often downplayed rather than recognizing that it also reinforces academics, demonstrates relevancy and application to students who wonder why they are learning.  Many students who may not perform well in other areas could be considered "gifted and talented" with their abilities in their problem solving technical education courses.   One of the several mottos he conveys is "If you DREAM it, we can BUILD it".  This approach uses knowledge and skills of the present to transfer to the challenges of the future.
